A few things I've built. Each one solved a real problem.
Independent Optometry Clinic
A 27-person eyecare practice ran time-off and payroll entirely on paper: handwritten request slips, manual balance tracking, payroll prepped by hand every period. I built them a full custom system on Google Workspace. A simple form feeds an engine that tracks balances, posts approvals to a shared calendar, notifies staff, and generates the payroll report automatically each pay period. All 26 employee records migrated, anniversary-based accrual, weekend-aware math, verified by a 22-check test suite.
Business Coaching Practice
A solo founder doing all her own inbox triage, scheduling, task capture, meeting notes, and invoice prep by hand. I built her a complete AI operating system: a team of agents that handle email, scheduling replies, voice-note-to-task capture, and meeting notes, plus an automated calendar-to-invoice workflow. A central brain document keeps every agent on her voice and editable in plain English. Now she reviews instead of doing.
Construction Company, Japan
A construction company with 60+ years of excellent work and no way to show it. I rebuilt and redesigned their site (six pages, mobile and desktop), set up Google Search Console, and corrected their Google Business Profile so search finally points to the right place. The result: a modern live site, proper search presence, an ongoing upkeep retainer, and word-of-mouth referrals to other businesses.
Language Test-Prep Company
An education company builds OPIC speaking-test curriculum for Korean professionals. Their team produced everything by hand, spending hours on tasks AI handles in minutes. I integrated AI across their workflow: curriculum drafting, content formatting, review cycles, and process automation. Roughly 80% of the manual work is now handled by AI.
